That question is answered when another figure emerges and climbs up onto the pier. They speak to each other for a second before suddenly jumping back down towards the boat.

Brian: Shit! They’re stealing my boat! That must have been their car parked at the entrance!

Tommy reacts first and, dropping his backpack, sprints towards the boat while cocking the handgun. Brian quickly follows leaving Sarah with the gear.

As Tommy arrives, the boat has pulled away and the engines scream at full power.

Two men are on board and one of them waves goodbye to him with a cheeky smile on his face. The docks are empty now. This was the last boat and Tommy shouts at them: WAIT!! TAKE US WITH YOU!
