The doorway behind him creaks and springs open suddenly and Steve ducks down while spinning and drawing the rifle.

Startled by it he smiles at Dylan and flicks his head for him to follow. Inside Steve shuts the door and in removing the sound of the wind he also removes all of the light. Dylan gasps and reaches around to feel for Steve in the darkness just as he flips a switch on the wall and the lights blink and flicker to life.

Dylan turns around as the corridor is revealed to see that it leads to another door. Steve removes the goggles and inches forward with Dylan trailing behind. As they get to the door Dylan pulls the handgun out from the holster and stands with his back against the wall. Years of training apparently, but Steve looks down to him nodding
