From behind the wall of shields a water cannon begins to spray a stream of high pressured water at the crowd in an attempt to disperse them. It’s having no real effect though except to knock a column of the rioters to the ground. They quickly get up however and re-join the ranks as the water stream moves on to the next section. The report continues:

Lucy: As you can see high pressure water cannons are being used and tear gas is being prepared. From what I can make out rubber bullets are being prepared. An extreme measure which hasn’t been used in some time.
