know what to make of this very strange report coming in but there appears to be a full scale riot in central London with gangs, or what appear to be crazed junkies, openly attacking and killing innocent members of the public.

We had similar reports from Manchester, New York and Paris earlier today. Some sort of coordinated Junkie uprising from the looks of it. There is an “official police request” from the London police suggesting that if you live in or around the area that you get into your home and stay away from the windows until the police can get the situation back under control.
