Sitting down on the ground with his legs outstretched he reaches for his toes. Ligaments and muscles crack and pop on his back and in his shoulders as he attempts to add some flexibility to his dried out muscles and joints.
I always liked working out, not just because it makes you stronger or look better in the mirror, but because of how it makes your brain work. I was always able to think better after a heavy session in the gym. Especially after leg day.
