Jason: It wasn’t a global vote. It was local and national. Sure you could say that there was some impact on “international policy” or whatever but that wasn’t what I was voting for. I wanted schools and roads built. Better pay for people. Minimum wage increases.
Cathy: Minimum wage increases, the easiest promise to make but the most expensive one to deliver.
Jason: Not really, in Austria they brought in a living wage for everyone of about �1500 per month.
