These opinions were the laws of physics as far as they were concerned. This is why there was so much resistance to any sort of change before. Even now.

I’d love to hit a reset button and start from scratch again. I know a little bit about politics, just enough to not get swindled, and most of the rest was bullshit.

Most people were better off staying out of it, focus on keeping your own ship in order and on course. These humans though… they are causing a disruption to my work. They don’t seem like they could be much use to me.
