He’d helped save the group and assured their survival for a while at least. Leaving behind so many drones though… He looks at the plane and then back at the swarm. Then at the group.
Sarah notices Brian still staring down at the crowd and points him out to Tommy. He shouts at the old man to start making a move but he doesn’t respond. His eyes are burning with rage, an intense stare of hate and sorrow. He needs to be shaken from his focus, brought back to reality, and Tommy grips him by both shoulders to turn him away from the swarm, shouting to be heard over their hellish screams: BRIAN I GET IT OK. BUT IT’S TIME TO LEAVE!
