The rabid stranger stands quickly and stumbles towards the exit, his arm dangling limp by his side.
Steve considers following him for a moment, but he figures that staying with Sean would tell him more of what he needed to know. Besides, this was a dream, catching him would make no difference to what came next. He lets the dream play out and runs towards Sean who now has his eyes open. The old man is in a mess and gasping for air. He knew what was coming, but his subconscious was telling him something and he wanted to listen.
Steve: Jesus, Sean, I have to get you to a hospital.
Sean looks at him confused. He is frowning and looking at him in a strange way, as if he doesn’t recognise him.
